Do you offer free returns? 

• Yes! All orders that are in unused/unworn condition are eligible for free returns.

How do I start a return?

•  You can initiate a return directly from your store's order status page. For further questions, please email us at support@meimanzo.com

Do your styles run true to size?

• Yes, all styles are true to size so order your regular size. For wider feet, we recommend ordering "Wide" width or go up half a size for better fit. 

Which styles come in "Wide" width?

• The "Emi" slingback will be available in wide width. Join the waitlist for updates. Other styles such as the "Mei' mule generally fit wider feet; order a half size higher for better comfort.

When do preorders ship for "Emi"?

• Preorders will ship by October 2026

How do I leave a review?

• You should receive a follow up email in your inbox with a link to submit photos/leave a customer review.
