Do you offer free returns? 

• Yes, all orders that are in unused/unworn condition are eligible for free returns within the United States within 30 days of purchase.

How do I start a return?

•  You can initiate a free return directly from your store's order status page. Simply located the "Return" link in your confirmation email to initiate the return. For further questions or support, please email us at support@meimanzo.com

Do you offer free shipping?

• Yes, standard shipping is free within the United States. For all other regions standard rates apply.

Do your styles run true to size?

• Yes, all styles are true to size so we recommend ordering your regular size. 

Which styles come in "Wide" width?

• Wide widths are currently not available. For wider feet, we recommend going up half a size for a better fit. 

When do preorders ship for "Emi"?

• Preorders will ship by November 2026.

Can I cancel a preorder?

• Yes. If a preorder has not yet been fulfilled you can request a cancellation/full refund by emailing us at support@meimanzo.com and including your confirmation number.

Are preorders a one-time payment?

• Yes, all preorders are offered as a one-time payment to order the product in advance of the shipment date. You will not be charged a recurring fee for any preorders. 

How do I leave a review?

• You will receive a follow up email in your inbox with a link to submit photos/leave a customer review. You can also leave a review by clicking "Leave review" on the product pages.
